What is your refund policy?
- All sales are final. For orders completed and shipped, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email me and we will work on resolving the issue. Replacements aren't guaranteed depending on item availability.
I have to cancel my order!
- If your order hasn't shipped and you want to cancel, please contact me with your order number ASAP.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- It may take 1-2 weeks if you're in the US or Canada to fulfill and ship your order. Once it's shipped, depending on your location, it make take 1-4 weeks to receieve your order.
I didn't receive my order! Now what?
- Please give it up to 1 month to receive your order. Normally, if you haven't received your order by 3-4 weeks, it's likely due to an address issue. The order can take up to 1 month to be sent back to me after shipping if this is the case.
I'll reach out to you to inform you the order was returned and the next steps. We can verify the address and re-send the order.
I've shipped hundreds of stickers via lettermail and only had less than handful returned, all of which were address issues.
Is there tracking/insurance for my order?
- No. I currently use stamped lettermail without tracking to ship stickers.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! I ship to the majority of international countries. Some may not be possible depending on international restrictions or conflicts.
Duties and Taxes (Important for international orders!)
- When ordering internationally, you may be subject to custom and import regulations/restrictions in your country. Please be aware of this, because I'm shipping from Canada.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom dusties, VATs and/or fees. They are typically charged upon reaching the country's border.
- These charges/fees aren't included in my product fees/shipping costs/handling fees.
